Winter 2005 Results

Bayano Kamani: Ran 46.24 at Boston University on January 29,2005 and took first place.

Sherman Armstrong: Ran 47.31 at Boston University on January 29, 2005 and took second in his heat and fourth overall.

Frances Santin: Ran 2:04.63 at New Balance Games in New York on February 5, 2005 and placed first. Placed fourth at indoor nationals with a personal best indoor time of 2:03.97, at Reggie Lewis Center in Boston.

European Curcuit Pt. 2

Bayano Kamani: Kamani draws lane one in the World Athletics final but still manages to run 48.24, placing 5th overall and solidifying his spot at number 2nd on the iaaf rankings.

Bayano Kamani: 400mh Wins Berlin ISTAF meeting with a time of 48.55.

Bayano Kamani: 400mh Wins Memorial Van Damme meet in Brussels with a time of 48.30.

Olympic Report:

Aug. 26th: Drawing lane 2 in the finals, Kamani runs to a 5th Place finish with a time of 48.74.

Aug. 24th: After making it through the first round of the 400mh in athens, Bayano Kamani storms to a PR and a birth in his first Olympic final by edging out the competition at the tape to run a Personal Best and National Record for Panama with a time of 48.23. He was 2nd in his heat.
